HMSP in market

It was said that PT Philip Morris Indonesia added their ownership in HMSP by buying 6.1 million shares of the firm, which was done on 28 August 2009. From that transaction the ownership increased from 98.04% to 98.18%, which means that the shares in the market nowadays is only around 1.82% shares. This indicated that the full acquisition by PT Philip Morris Indonesia will be much easier & the recent transaction maybe the additional transaction of it. So, we can collect a bit on it. Who knows that it become like AQUA which is offered at Rp450,000/share which means per lot equal to Rp225 million. The things happen between AQUA & HMSP are almost the same whereas AQUA wasn't wanted & so do HMSP due to the low-liquidity.
