Stock Watch!!! Apr 20, 2010

After today traded lower, there are some stocks to be BOUGHT on Weakness, still the same as yesterday, with additional stock.

Astra Int'l (ASII.JK, ASII:IJ)

It is one of the strongest stock in the Stock Exchange, not only today but can be said as all the time. This company has a very strong performance and even the financial performance has broken their previous record FY2009. This stock is keeping its track to going upward for long-term.

A lot of stocks can't retain their position but not ASII, which at the end of the day rose up. And it has a great upward potential, as the group is keep stronger. Technically, we can see that ASII's stochastic is going to make a cross which will be confirmed in this week, as it has dropped for 4 straight days.

Rating: Buy On Weakness, TP: 45250-48150

Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN.JK, BBTN:IJ)

Fund borrowings growth is the key for BTN to grow, and it's stated that it will boost its fund borrowings up to 30% in 2010, which is one of the positive sentiment, yet the 1Q2010 Net income increased by 71%, which is a good result.

Technically, it has jus broken MA9, which is one of the trend support, but, we can see from previous ones the price went up after the broken of MA9.

Rating: Buy On Weakness; TP: 1560-1600, SL: 1450-1460

Indo Tambang Raya Megah (ITMG.JK, ITMG:IJ)

The firm is facing good sentiment in which the dividend distribution is soon to be done, investors start to accumulate this stock when it dropped in the morning, if tomorrow it breaks 38300, then 38900, 75% then the shares will rise up to 41000 in short term.

Rating: Buy On Weakness; TP: 40000-41000; SL: 38300-38500

Timah (TINS.JK, TINS:IJ)

The firm did quite well last year as the declining of the financial statement not as bad as what analyst predicted, but they did better. The positive sentiment is as Indonesia is the 30% supplier of world's tins then we can claim that we have one of the best in the world. As, the potential of land tins is going to decline, the demand is increasing as the economy is recovering and the use of tins mostly by car industry & the most demand is from Singapore, which cause the price of LME Tins is increasing, which gives TINS additional income.

Technically, as today gapped down, tomorrow it might re-close the gap & go upward again, as the price of tins is still uptrending since Apr 2009.

Rating: Buy On Weakness; TP 2925-3000; SL: 2400-2425

United Tractor (UNTR.JK, UNTR:IJ)

Strong firm, good expansion. Increment of tractor sales in 1Q2010 of 94% YoY, is one of the catalyst of the increment of the stock, yet this is one of the Astra Group subsidiary. Yet it also break upward the MA12.

Rating: Buy On Weakness; TP: 19500-20000, 20000-22000, SL: 18050-18150

Days of BLACK!!!

Today, our index (IDX / JKSE) traded lower than Friday's close, and a lot of traders & investors were shocked by the Goldman Sachs case. Let me emphasize you that the GS problem will not give impacts toward Indonesian market, and this is stated by the Financial Analyst of OSK Analyst, that said:

"Are we smug in Asia ?
No, just realistic.
Can it happen in Asia ?
Not will it,  it has happened, not to "Asia" but to S.Korean, Thai and Indonesian banks during the "Asian crisis", partially related to property loans, partially to overvalued forex rates and partially externally overexposed banks, circumstances totally different to those of the US in 2007-8. ( But it did not happened to the banks of Taiwan, Philippines, Hong Kong, China,Singpore, Malaysia and India-so much for the crisis being "Asian " )
Have the Asians learned  from the Asian crisis ?
The banking systems of the three aforementioned countries did change dramatically, the rest of the systems not really, except for the partial privatisation of the Chinese banks, which was not related to the Asian crisis anyway"

So, tomorrow will be a bright day, even US indexes are not traded a lot lower today. So, tomorrow will be a very bright & clear day. We can start to BUY ON WEAKNESS tomorrow.

See the chart below, as the confirmation for tomorrow, if the candle is a white candle & traded above 2871.94, then the next day might be a bright day,as Technical analysis learned the trader's behavior.
