As predicted yesterday, that today index will move higher, and tomorrow might continue with trading range between 2910-2960. It was because of the Federal Market Open Committee (FOMC) results said that they won't hike the rates at this moment, while market was in worry yesterday. Remember, at this moment we must slow down our buying action, as index is too high for now on, and it's in a 'bubbling' state.
Recommendation for this week and for next two weeks, it is better for us to do trading only rather than investing, as the World Cup season is closer, yet the foreign hot money is slowing down, or we can say that the price is now increasing but the volume is decreasing.
Stock watch for tomorrow will be still in Astra Group.
1. Astra Int'l (ASII.JK, ASII:IJ)
As today it can hardly break its resistance level at 46200, then it's time for us to realized our profit, as this stock is now can run heavily. But still, it can run a bit tomorrow, not recommended to buy anymore, just for trading or better to realize the profit.
Rating: Sell On Strength, TP: 46700-47000
2. Astra Agro Lestari (AALI:JK, AALI:IJ)
After days of black, we can speculate buy on it. Remember we are playing on bearish stock, be very discipline in taking profits & stopping losses.
Rating: Buy On Weakness; Entry: 22000-22200, TP: 22500-22800, SL: 21500-21600
3. Bank Mandiri (BMRI.JK, BMRI:IJ)
It closed high tioday but the price is almost reached the resistance, not so good in position, we can start to realized the profit, as this stock is overbought.
Rating: Sell On Strength; TP: 5550-5650
4. Indofood (INDF.JK, INDF:IJ)
It has consolidated for quite long time, we can now start to recollect it.
Rating: Buy On Weakness, TP: 4200-4300, SL: 3700-3725
