Happy New Year 2011!!!

Happy New Year to you all friends, fellows, relatives, readers & followers. May our New Year can bring us a more prosper year with better things that will come to our life. may all of our resolutions in 2011 can be done well & hope this opening post in 2011 can bring us health, wealth, happiness, joy, & the last but not the least is profit.

Resolutions in 2011:

1. Doing my study well while I'm also doing my career well (as financial counsellor & trader)
2. Having a more prosper year than before and will go thru this year with enthusiasm, spirit, joy, positivity, optimism & all good to great things
3. Study & trade well for my future after I graduate
4. Really focusing on what I aimed in 2010 (try to have a study about CFP, CFA, & WMI (Wakil Manager Investasi))
5. Aiming for doing great trades & being able to beat index in my portofolio & also beat the best mutual fund in Indonesia (currently Panin Dana Maksima, which earn 100% in a year consistently)
6. Buying new house & car
7. Last but not the least, making a charity & share a part of my fortune in 2011 minimum every quarter or if I can every month.

Last week I watched "The Biography of Warren Buffet" and I found a sentence that is very identical to him which is "he shares his fortune to people who need it", this is one of the thing that I must do, to share my fortune & I did that yesterday as the closing of 2010 & I shared my fortune even not much but I hope this year I can do better.

As tomorrow is the last day of trading, I see a lot of good candidate to be watch & transacted for tomorrow & a lot of good second liners is on the plate. Even people say that bluechips will lead the market but red chip still can grow but not as much as we had in 2010.

A bright future outlook for Indonesian economic is one of the key point to be successful in stock investing in 2011, yet the national reserve is in the highest level ever. Lower national debt has lead a more confidence in investing in Indonesia.

1. Jasa Marga (JSMR.JK)

Even I wan trapped twice in this stocck I think this stock will be one of the index mover until next year. As the leader in the industry of toll road, it still can gain a lot of advantages. The latest innovation done by them is the new electric invoice for customer & automated toll-road system.

Rating: Buy; Entry: 3375-3400, S/L: 3125-3100, TP: 4500-5000

2. Timah (TINS.JK)

The biggest tins producer in Indonesia & the one which exports the most tin in Indonesia is one of the advantage of being the market leader, increment in metals price & decreasing in the supply can increase the revenue of the company a while.

Rating: Buy; Entry: 2825-2850, S/L: 2525-2500, TP: 4000-4075

3. Nippon Indosari Corpindo (ROTI.JK)

Incresase in the factory unit can increase the revenue of the company soon.

Rating: Buy; Entry: 2575-2600, S/L: 2125-2100, TP: 3650-3775

4. Bank BNI (BBNI.JK)

Rating: Buy; Entry: 3825-3850, S/L: 3575-3550, TP: 5000-5075

5. Gajah Tunggal (GJTL.JK)

Rating: Need for the next confirmation if can get back to >2425, entry: 2450-2475, S/L: 2150-2125, TP: 3000-3200

Double Top Pattern & Double bottom

This pattern is quite common happening in stocks & this is very easy to be recognized. Sometimes the pattern (double top & bottom) are called as an "M-pattern" or "W-pattern".

M-pattern is usually found at the top of an uptrend & vise-versa the W-pattern is usually found at the bottom of a downtrend. Every breakout of the neckline or the bottom or top line must be followed with high volume, so the breakout is a valid one.

Double top happened when a level of price can't be broken for twice & at the same area, the price bounces down twice & broken the support of the 1st bounce down with a very high volume breakdown. And the double bottom is the vise-versa of the double top. See the figure
